Exchange / Return policy

As a general assurance to our customers, the online purchased product(s) of a confirmed order will be checked for any possible defect before a delivery is being made.

 

Customers are advised to read through our Exchange / Return Policy and to fully understand its contents.

 

All exchange and return of item(s) shall be subjected to local deliveries only.

 

All customers are advised to always do a through check on all delivered merchandise when receiving a delivery, and to notify us within 5 days upon finding of any defective or missing item(s). You can notify us by contacting Customer Service on katrina.metallurgy@gmail.com or by calling 65 62838185.

Representatives are available 10.30am-6pm Monday-Friday.

If no notification is received within 5 days, we will presume it is agreed and acknowledged by you that there are no defects existing at the time of sale or delivery.

 

All Jewellery (exclude Personalised/Customise Name Jewellery) sold by Metallurgy is accepted for merchandise credit or exchange in Singapore within 7 working days and packaging. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

Once the returned item/s have been received, inspected and accepted, we will issue merchandise credit or arrange exchange to your requirement.

 

Alternatively, customers may contact us and request to self drop off items at our retail outlets (Singapore) island wide to save on the shipping charges.

 

Full Refunds can only be issued if:

*The product/s delivered is not what you ordered, or does not correspond with its description.

*The product/s provided are faulty or defective at the time of sales or delivery.

 

Personalised/Customised Name Jewellery

 

We regret that all Personalised/Customised Name Jewellery items that have been made or produced will not be available for exchange, refund and returns due to the very individual nature of Personalised/Customised Name Jewellery products, they cannot be resold, and therefore we cannot accept if you have a change of mind. We email pre-production artwork/proof to our customers, and we will only start to make your order once you have approved your chosen design by email. However, if it happens that you receive damaged, faulty or incorrect merchandise, we weill be sure to re-make a new piece of jewellery right away to replace.

 

At Metallurgy we create Personalised/Customised Name Jewellery for you, once you have confirmed your order and paid for it.

 

We do not keep an inventory of Personalised/Customised Name Jewellery merchandise, since each piece is unique and designed for a specifc customer. Any piece that is returned to Mettallurgy will never be sold to another customer.

 

With this in mind, Metallurgy asks you to be very careful to check the pre-production artwork/proofs, before you approve.
